Western New York’s First Continuing Care Retirement Community!
Canterbury Woods Williamsville and Gates Circle are nonprofit communities brought to life by the Episcopal Church Home and Affiliates. With a mission to empower area seniors to live their best lives, our Williamsville community opened in 1999. It was Western New York’s first continuing care retirement community offering residents’ long-term well-being and health services including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation – all on one campus.
Nearly two decades later, Canterbury Woods opened Gates Circle in downtown Buffalo. Like in our Williamsville community, Gates Circle residents enjoy an independent lifestyle, a comfortable, secure environment in an incredible setting, a friendly community of like-minded neighbors.
